How do pre-orders work?
Choose your selection and contact us to confirm quantities, packaging and collection or delivery. A deposit is required to confirm your order; we’ll discuss the amount with you. Confirmed pre-orders reserve your agreed quantity for collection. Diwali day and weekend walk-in stock may sell out. Pre-orders after 5 November are subject to availability.
Pricing, promo codes and changes
Sweets prices are the same for walk-ins and pre-orders. Bulk discounts apply to pre-orders only. Quote your promo code before placing an order. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help.
Allergen information
Our facility handles nuts. Products may contain nuts or traces of nuts, and we do not offer nut-allergen-free products. Ask us about ingredients and other allergens before ordering.
Will my platter look exactly like the photo?
Decorative platters show the kinds of arrangements we can create. Exact sweets, decoration and packaging depend on your order and availability. We’ll discuss your requirements with you.
